image Filmmaker Bio

Myra Kathryn Richardson, grew up on the far southside of Chicago in the community of Englewood. She was educated in parochial schools until 1976, when she graduated from Visitation High School as class valedictorian. In her late thirties, she attended Kennedy-King College receiving an A.A. degree in Law, and Roosevelt University receiving her B.A. in English Literature. Myra has also been part-time faculty for the City Colleges of Chicago, and was a 2nd year law student until she began having health issues related to her heart. Myra is author of the non-fiction book titled, THE INNOCENT MOLESTER. She is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother of four.
